#Review - Smart Break Cashew Crisp - Low Glycemic



A little difficult to chew, the Dixie Diner - Smart Break Cashew Crisp Protein Bars provide an all natural or gluten-free diet with a delicious low carb snack. These protein bars contain 69 calories, 1 gram of sugar and 32 mg of sodium. I had my husband try a piece and his remark was as follows: "You can tell it's healthy and I don't mean anything bad by that. It just takes some getting used to..."

Aside from it being a little tough to consume, I really enjoyed the Cashew Crisp bar. I loved how few calories it has and that it contains very little sodium and sugar. So many products are filled with both that I feel it cause to celebrate products that aren't. This product is vegan and doesn't taste bland. I really like cashews a lot. This product is probiotic as are the Dixie Diner sticky bars that I recently reviewed. The product is low glycemic and contains 78 mg of Potassium.

Holy crap, I can't believe how low cal the bar is! Sounds like a winner for sure

sounds amazing! I'm also stunned by the low calorie reading!

I'm curious and want to try one to see how chewy it is!
