BE in the NOW

We've all heard of living in the now, but how many of us actually do it? I'm sure every one of you has a had a moment or two in your life where you feel absolute bliss. A feeling of love and compassion so strong that not only do you feel it from head to toe... it extends from within... to outside of yourself. It is infectious. In those moments we are truly living in the now. We are living in each moment. Our minds are not garbled with worries. We are not dwelling in the past thinking about things that have happened. We are not worried about the future and what is to come. We trust that all will be provided for us. That is something that we can not see, that trust is faith.

Try putting that same trust in others knowing that in essence, they are another you, another soul walking on this earth. Learning and being... LIVING and BREATHING. Have faith in humanity. Have faith IN YOU.

Tim Burton's - Alice in Wonderland Trailer

Okay I love Tim Burton movies! I'm finally watched the trailer to this movie and I'm completely pumped to see it. I'm a huge fan of his vivid color and beautiful lighting effects... his movies are just like watching a work of art!

Mysterious Jack:


Mysterious Jack had two large flaps on the side of his coat.
He called them his wings and proclaimed strange things that happened to him while flying. He said "Way up high on top of the clouds live tiny little folk. They stand inches high and live great lives just like the average joe."

Now everyone thought Mysterious Jack was "A few bricks short of a load". A neighbor who claimed to know such things said, "They should have hit him a little bit harder"

Now Mysterious Jack just played all day in his merry little world, of dragons and things and people with wings and he told tales of many great things. He said "Way down below under the ground lived demons and unkind folk. Shadows tower above, they feel no love, all fire down below"

Now everyone thought Mysterious Jack was "A few bricks short of a load." A neighbor who claimed to know such things said "They should have hit him a little bit harder"

Mysterious Jack lay on his back on a street corner, lamp-lit glow. He jumped off the roof and exclaimed that he flew and he sure is glad to see you! He said "It's time I go, I've had my fun. Now it's time for me to retire. I have to go! Are you sad that my charade is over?"

Giving is a part of Forgiving!

When we forgive someone we are truly able to be empathic to them not just on an emotional level but on a soul level. We are helping them break free from fear, shame, guilt and other restricting chains.

If someone turns to you with a heavy heart, having felt pain and are true and sincere... then we should not do them an injustice and turn away a changed person who has learned from mistakes or necessary bindings.

Love your brothers and sisters. They are you, forgive them and yourself. Walk in their shoes.

We all have our roles to play. Awaken to yours :)

Sorry it's been so long

I've been a little tied up in my life lately. We've been renovating and really focusing on spending some family time together during our off days. I'm concentrating a little more on balance now so I will be blogging again! Thanks for being so patient guys! I really appreciate it.
